This privacy policy explains how Truetech Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited ("Truetech Solutions", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through our website at truetechsol.org and through the mobile applications we publish.

Truetech Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited is a company registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, with its registered office at House No. 11A-43, Mohalla Purana Sakrand, Sakrand, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, Pakistan. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name (if provided) and message content you enter. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Information collected in our applications
The data collected by each of our applications differs by application. Where an application collects personal data, its specific practices — including the categories collected, the purpose, and any third-party services used — are disclosed in that application's own privacy policy and in its Google Play Data Safety or Apple App Store Privacy disclosures. Where an application does not require an account, we do not collect personal information that identifies you.
Technical information
Our web host records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this website.

If you use one of our applications and want your account and its data removed, email us from the address associated with the account and we will delete it.

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and the service providers we use may store data in other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.
