These terms govern your use of the website at truetechsol.org and the applications published by Truetech Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited ("Truetech Solutions", "we", "us"). By using our website or applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Truetech Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited is a Single Member Company registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, with its registered office at House No. 11A-43, Mohalla Purana Sakrand, Sakrand, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, Pakistan. 2. Use of this website

You may view and use this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that damages, disables or impairs it, or interferes with anyone else's use of it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system
• Use automated systems to extract content in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our contact form

3. Our applications

Applications we publish are licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms and to any additional terms shown in the application itself, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell an application except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.

Your use of an application obtained from the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to that store's own terms.

4. Enquiries and proposals

Information on this website — including descriptions of services, timelines and indicative pricing — is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. A project becomes binding only once both parties sign a written agreement, proposal or statement of work.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and code, is owned by Truetech Solutions or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute it without our prior written consent.

Ownership of work produced for a client — including source code and design assets — is determined by the agreement for that engagement.

6. Third-party links and services

Our website and applications may link to or rely on third-party sites and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this website and our applications available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of them, and may withdraw an application from distribution, at any time.

Except where an agreement with us says otherwise, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and our applications are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truetech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website or our applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Truetech Solutions against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this website or our applications.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do, and continued use of the website or our applications after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
